Audio livestream

FAQS

1. What should I do if the livestream quits playing for me?

Close and reopen the browser.  Then attempt to reconnect.  You may also have to check your internet connection.

2.  Why does my audio stream stop in the middle of the broadcast?

The sermon.net audio only stream uses a mobile cellular hotspot and sometimes the cell strength is weak and the audio may be interrupted.  The Facebook Live broadcast uses the wi-fi at the Hampton and provides a reliable stream. For the best experience, we recommend Facebook Live using the link above under "Messages".

3.  Are podcasts available?

Yes.  You can subscribe to our podcasts of the 10 am and 11 am services on sermon.net as well as on our website under "Messages". The sermon.net podcasts include the entire service unedited.  If you download from the "Sermons" or "Impact Hour" tabs, you get an edited version of the original recordings.  Edited Podcasts have improved audio and also do not include anything except the main speakers.

2. What should I do if the livestream quits playing for me?

Close and reopen the browser.  Then attempt to reconnect.  You may also have to check your internet connection.

3.  Why is the audio out of sync with the video in Facebook Live?

The wi-fi at the Hampton experiences some limitations with bandwidth.  The livestream is in sync but the archived video seems to be out of sync at times.  We regret this and continue to work to improve the quality of our broadcasts.  Thank you for your patience.
